Brief

Brain Change Summit (inital launch in 2019) is an online event with 20+ experts exploring some of the most cutting-edge and valuable discoveries in the field of neuroscience. It provides an opportunity to explore the most impactful, leading-edge discoveries in the field of neuroscience—with a particular focus on how these findings apply to our day-to-day lives.

The design for this summit had to engage a specified demographic: individuals interested in neuroplasticity and seekers of personal change, as well as therapists and other professionals devoted to the cultivation of mental well-being. One of the main requirements was to create a modern and approachable design to market, and an effortless and navigable user interface for the summit presentation.

Process

Sounds True developed this summit to provide the latest discoveries that have immediate application to life—in a straightforward and practical way that doesn’t require a background in neuroscience. It was important to the team that I keep this in mind while designing the brand and assets. Put simply: This product needs to be approachable.

I created a design system with vibrant colors to engage customers, simple but unique typograpghy to read as an uncomplicated invitation, and enticing vector graphics to reinforce the advancement in human understanding this content portrays.
